About the Designer

“The most rewarding thing for me is when clients fall in love with their home all over again. I care about my clients and the relationship we have because it helps me build a space that is personal and functional.”

Donna Armata Sanford

Local to the Denver area, Donna Armata Sanford is an Interior Designer and Remodeler with over thirty years of experience working design and construction. She is genuinely fascinated by the ever-changing industry she works in and spends her time away from work with her wonderful daughter.

Donna graduated from Colgate University with a bachelor of arts in English and then attended the Art Institute of Colorado and graduated with honors with a degree in Interior Design. Her design is driven by a passion creating functional spaces by analyzing how they are used. She is a professional at developing a design from planning to completion, and visualizing the possibilities a space can offer.

Behind the Name

At 3,491 feet, Mount Greylock is the highest point in Massachusetts. Growing up in New England, Donna spent many days hiking through the dramatic fall foliage and snow-mobiling to the ice crusted peak in the winter. It is a focal point of the region and photographed and loved by many. The company name is an ode to ‘Greylock’, where the designer began her journey, and a directional reference ‘West’ to where she currently resides in Colorado.
